Richard Dunn joins JLT Re's Non- Marine Treaty Practice
London 24th August 2009: JLT Re, a trading division of JLT Reinsurance Brokers Limited, is delighted to announce that Richard Dunn has joined its Non-Marine Treaty practice with immediate effect. In his new role, Richard will concentrate on the development and placement of non-marine treaty business within the Non-Marine team.
Richard brings with him over 40 years experience in the London, US and Bermudan reinsurance markets. His career spans a number of senior broking and management appointments with some of London's major broking houses such as Price Forbes, C.E. Heath and BMS, and includes the creation and development of the successful broking operation, Dunn and Carter Ltd, which he subsequently sold to E.W. Blanch in 1998. Richard remained with Blanch and subsequently Benfield who acquired the business in 2001, and has held a senior broking position with Benfield until recently.
